The Airport Operators Association (AOA) has supported Orbis as the beneficiary of the Prize Draw at their Annual Dinner since 2006.

Thanks to the generosity of AOA’s members and guests at the Annual Dinners, the events have so far raised over £98,000. 2017 was the eleventh time that the Annual Dinner raised funds for our work, and the event was once again a huge success!

With over 800 people attending the evening, it was a fantastic opportunity for Orbis UK to raise awareness of our work within the aviation sector. We are especially grateful to everyone who donated to take part in the prize draw, and to the generous companies who donated prizes, helping raise over £8,000.

Founded in 1934, the AOA is the national voice of UK airports, a trade association that represents their interests in government and regulatory matters. The AOA’s members include over 50 airports and more than 150 Associate Members, made up of companies representing a wide range of suppliers in the aviation industry.

The Flying Eye Hospital is at the heart of the partnership, demonstrating the incredible positive impact that aviation can have on society.
